OMG OMG

For some unknown reason the Blog God's have smiled on me and I am able to post again!!! Praise the Lord!!! Don't know how it happened but I am not going to squander this gift.

I was looking over some of my old posts and visiting some of the journals I use to read and interact with. First, some of my old posts are very interesting and as is the case at times, sometimes, when I read something I have written I think, Not Bad. Second, so many of the blogs I am prohibited from reading (invited only) or the bloggers have stopped and ther web pages are gone. Sad.

Well, where to begin.

We went to Florida for two and a half years. I spent a small fortune traveling back and forth from "Paradise" to our Hoosier outpost for  a variety of reasons. Funerals, weddings, to check on the house, to bail someone out of jail, to attend parties, to license the car, to voted, to attend family business, and on and on, and so forth and so forth, etc. etc. etc.

This is like putting on a nice worn in pair of slippers. I'm savoring the experience and now that I'm back in I'll give it my all. I found that when I am writing I am living life in a different version of life. One that makes me view the world around me as fodder . It's better for me. This blog. This little 40 acres and a mule.


I think this in my examining of a life. I want it worth living.
