Reselling Blues

Actually it has been pretty good this month. My best month since starting. I've made over 300 bucks and sort of learning the ropes. As to what sells and what doesn't is a complete crap shoot.

Yesterday I sold my Champaign glasses to a nice woman here in Indiana. They were coupes and she and 3 others are in a cocktail class and she had never heard of "coupes" before the class and wanted to give her co mixologists a set apiece. Thank god for research and learning the glasses were coupes.

Yesterday was profitable, 3 packages and the coupes. I'm so hooked on doing this that its frustrating that my computer at home is so slow and that I have to upload and edit my pictures and then add them on one at a time. Its frustrating slow and I am at the computer for hours trying to load up 5 to 7 items.

But, it's fun and I am learning how to market junk.

I took Danielle and Bridget to the bins Monday and only spent 82 bucks. Bridget found some extraordinary stuff . Leather Keds. I found a great boot...I could not find its match.

But I have not posted boots yet. The motorcycle boots are not selling at all. I'm practically giving them away at cost. Anyone have a size 14 boot shoe size? I had them sold but the shipping was going to be $40+. So I cancelled the sale.

When I sell something from the bins its great profit. But even though I tend to spend a lot of money at the bins, my true cash cows are the SSTC. And shop good will.

That's the reselling report.
